Taking care of yourself is important. We have tools below for you to improve your health and wellness.
As part of Vail Resorts, “Our Epic Wellness program focuses on three key areas: mind + body + wallet.”
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP is available to all employees, your dependent(s) and anyone else who lives with you. Administered by Mines and Associates, the EAP is a confidential counseling program available to assist with support across the spectrum of mental health needs. The EAP is here for you. If you or someone you know is in need of mental health support. You can get support 24/7 by calling (800) 873-7138 or by completing the Digital Intake.
Beyond confidential counseling, the EAP provides helpful financial planning resources, legal consultation and work-life support. The work-life resources can be used for everything from finding child or elder care to located local fitness classes.

Wellness - Mindfulness
Here is a 6-minute presentation on mindfulness, compassion, care, and resilience. Contemplative coach Alexa Owen breaks down the positive effects of mindfulness and self-care.
Use the mindfulness audio practice sessions below. Alexa is a former ski instructor who has spent time researching and studying contemplative science and coaching.
