My Tasks

Before starting work, new, rehire and returning SIS employees must complete their final Onboarding Tasks. These tasks are available to employees once their manager completes their add hire details. All of the Tasks are grouped together in a guided experience for the employee that indicates which tasks are required for your employee and shows their progress. The tasks include:

  • I-9 (US only) - required for new and rehired employees, not for returning SIS employees

  • Employee Guide Acknowledgement - required

  • W-4 (US only) - required

  • Pay Options - required

  • Ski/Activity Waiver - required

  • Dependent Verification and Dependent Document Upload - optional

  • EpicEmployee Terms & Conditions - optional, required for usage of EpicEmployee

  • Flexible Remote Work Attestation (Remote employees only) - required

  • State or Province specific acknowledgments as needed

    • Examples include:

      • Notice to Seasonal Workers (Colorado seasonal only)

      • Meal Penalty Acknowledgement (California only)

      • Basic Personal Tax Exemption (Canada only)

      • Receipt of COMPs Acknowledgement (Colorado only)

After the manager completes Add Hire Details, the employee will receive an email from peopleconnect@vailresorts.com to complete their remaining onboarding tasks. This email will also contain their Vail Resorts Single Sign On login credentials that your employee will use to access all VR systems from that point forward. Employees MUST complete their Onboarding Tasks before their first day, so it’s important that Add Hire Details are submitted with enough lead time for forms to be completed (14 days before the employee start date, or as soon as possible if already within that timeframe).

If you have not received the email from PeopleConnect@vailresorts.com with your Vail Resorts login credentials to complete your remaining Onboarding tasks please use the following link to Request Onboarding Support
