 How do I log in with my Vail Resorts User ID for the first time?

All employees are provided a Vail Resorts User ID that provides seamless access to all of the employee systems on Single Sign-On: EpicEmployee,The LIFT, PeopleSoft HR, PC Punch and Success Factors.

To log in for the first time, follow the link in the email received from PeopleConnect@vailresorts.com you will receive after you complete your Pre-Hire and Pre-Boarding Tasks. Your Vail Resorts User ID and default password are provided in the email. After logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. The password requirements are displayed at the bottom of the screen.

After updating the password, you will be prompted to provide more information to keep your account secure. Click "Next" and select authentication.

Once two authentication methods have been selected, click "Done" to be re-directed to your Final Onboarding Forms.
